it is never too late to learn

All Saints Bible College

The Bible College team is pleased to partner with the Anglican Diocese of Bendigo to offer the Australis Certificate of Ministry. The certificate will help you know your Bible well, reflect intelligently on your faith, worship God wholeheartedly, serve your community with humility and hope, and celebrate the diversity of gifts, perspectives and experiences among God’s people.

Who should take this course?

  • People wishing to explore issues of faith and church.
  • People involved in worship, preaching and music ministries.
  • People wanting to deep their understanding or the Christian faith.
  • People testing their vocation to ‘Local Ordained Ministry’ in the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle.
  • Members of ministry or pastoral teams.
  • Retirees who wish to study in new leisure time.

Our leader

Rev’d Dr Ed Parker lives on the Tomaree Peninsula, worships at All Saints, and has a distinguished career in ministry and theological education.  Ed employs his extensive understanding of the Bible and his teaching experience to assist students as they come to grips with the learning.  In recent years, Ed has taught Old Testament to students for local ordained ministry in Newcastle in the Bishop’s Diploma in Theology.
